The Rondo in C Major, Op. 73, is the third rondo Chopin composed. It was originally written for solo piano in 1828 when Chopin was 18 years old. He rearranged it for two pianos, four hands, the same year, but it was not published until after his death. The rondo is written in a brilliant and glittering salon style.
